What are the payment terms?

What Are the Payment Terms?

At Sanctuary Saunas, we like to keep the process clear and straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect when ordering your sauna. Our payment terms are as follows:

  • Initial Deposit – 30%
    When you place your order, we require a 30% deposit. This secures your sauna build and allows us to schedule your installation date. At this stage, we also order all the necessary materials, including any bespoke elements or additional features you’ve chosen.

  • Second Payment – 30%
    A second payment of 30% is due one day before our installation team arrives on site. This ensures everything is in place and ready for a smooth and efficient installation process.

  • Final Payment – 40%
    The remaining 40% is payable upon completion of the installation and the signing of the completion form. This gives you peace of mind that your sauna has been fully finished to our exacting standards before the final balance is due.

By structuring payments this way, we keep the process fair, transparent, and simple, so you can focus on the exciting part.
